Poor customer service, quality of product suspect.
Purchased a paper clip bracelet for my wife for Mother's Day. All looked good, delivered promptly.
recently during normal use (not worn everyday) she noticed the bracelet fell off. Links were broken in several places. Have uploaded photos made 4 attempts to get customer service to respond and keep getting the standard please upload photos and provide info which I have done 3 times. Then I was told that customer support was shut down because of the holiday volume.
Really?
Shutting down customer service because you are too busy? What's wrong with this policy?

Unhappy with quality of purchase!
Contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Still unable to reach Baby Gold.
Company sells really, really bad quality items, you can't get your money back or contact them. The phone number doesn't work, it says to click on the "chat" icon, but there isn't one, emails don't address the issue, you get a standard computer generated response.
This company shouldn't be in business!!

I received confirmation of an order I placed on November 27th - order #237312. I just noticed that the said "black diamonds."in the earrings.
I did not want black diamonds - I wanted WHITE DIAMONDS. I am hoping that it is not too late to make the correction. There is a 3 hour time difference between Florida & California. I will try to reach you by phone at 10:00 your time.

I bought or thought I had purchased a personalized nameplate for my daughters 21st birthday last sat I was so excited and couldnt wait for time pass for her to receive it today I realized for some strange reason you have returned my payment ? This company claims to be ethical. I dont think they even know the meaning of the word.
They dont allow you to leave an honest review about their product on their website. They filter and approve only five star ratings. This is a dishonest practice. A company can be the cream of the crop and still get a couple bad reviews.
But not Babygold.
Because they refuse to accept honesty. Because they are dishonest people.
