This guy is a scam artists! He prays on young people or those with little money.

He will actually steal a car and demand more than the vehicle is worth to pick-up after he has previously provided a quote.

Then his deal is to to scam the owners car by offering to trade them the car for his bill. Man and company a POS!

I called around to a few shops in the area and Baby Face Towing was by far the cheapest. I was wondering why they were so cheap, as a lot of the other towing companies were charging upwards of $120 for a tow that was less than 5 miles! Usually cheaper isn't always better, but in this case, boy was I wrong!

Beyond wonderful service and a wonderful family man! Roger and his awesome daughter helped us tow our little car with extreme care and consideration. However, it doesn't end there, he was kind enough to pick us up, take us to the car, tow the car, and then drop us back off. If we had more money to tip him, we would've for his outstanding service.

By far, if we ever need another tow, he gladly has our service, as well as anyone else's that we can recommend.

ATTN EUGENE/SPRINGFIELD, OREGON RESIDENTS:

We used BFT a few weeks ago when our van broke down. While towing it home, my husband offered to edit the commercial for Roger, the owner, since Roger said that business was bad and couldn't afford a professional editing service.

We paid Roger for his towing services and the next day, my husband worked all day on the commercial. After receiving the final copy of the edited commercial, Roger EMAILED my husband and told him that he was having someone else edit it and that was it. My husband wasn't mad, he liked the expierence of editing. Againest better judgement, last night, my husband called Roger to arrange a tow for our van to the shop at 9:00am this morning.

At 9:45, when Roger STILL HADN'T shown up,my husband called Roger to see if he was still coming to tow. He recieved this text message: "Nope. I am not doing any more tows for u. U will have to call someone else.

Don't call baby face towing for any reason anymore.

Bye." Not only did the OWNER NOT SHOW UP for a PAYING job but he TEXTED this. Do you really want to trust a man that runs a company likes this?!
