We recently had our pictures taken by Daisy. Shes everything you read about on here.

Most likely one of the worst human beings Ive ever met. She cornered us then unloaded on us for over an hour about her failed marriage. Shes an unloved bipolar crazy-cat-lady renting a basement of a strip mall. She uses this space to trap unsuspecting victims to spill her life-story to.

I feel sorry for anyone whos involved in her life; this lady would be better off on an island without access to food / water. Oh, and her pictures we had to hassle her over a period of 3 weeks to get ; and they were nothing better than what my dog could take with my iPhone 5.

Don't use this photographer ... She is very abrasive and rude when you're at her studio.

It took us over a month to get photos of our baby when she said it would be a week and a half.

Doesn't reply to emails, unless you harass her. Her customer service skills are not very good, considering this is her business - you'd think she would put customer service at her number one priority.

We hired Daisy to take photos of our son, was extremely rude and after waiting 3 weeks to receive photos, she demanded that we plaster them all over our social media to advertise for her and when we politely declined (the photos were a surprise for our friends and family and social media kinda spoils that) she demanded that we pay $500 for her to release them. It has been weeks and she still has not given us the photos of our son.

She needs to be put out of business. After coming forward with this, we've learned that so many others were put in the same situation -- it's completely wrong.

She appears to be unstable and can't be reasoned with. Save your money, patience and tears and hire someone else, ANYONE else.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude

We booked a newborn session on January 6th at noon. We arrived 15mins beforehand as she requested.

We waited in the truck with our newborn and 7yr old (after driving 45mins to get there) for Daisy to never show up!!

Despite my emails and calls, I have yet to get a response. Needless to say, I’m passing the word out to others to avoid going here!

I have used Daisy for family pictures since 2014. I have never had any issues and love the work that she does. I will continue to use her in the future.

Horrible experience at baby and belly photography. We walked into her studio, stood there with babies for 10 minutes before she even told us to come in.

She was completely rude with us and our children while playing completely inappropriate music full of swearing Infront of my 2 year old. When the session was over she just walked away never told us it was over. After 15 minutes of us waiting around for her to come back she walked out of her office and told us to leave very rudely without even explaining the process of how we get our pictures.

The pictures Were late and my 2 year old son hated her and didn't want to be photographed by her. I would never go back to this studio.

I thought at first that the negative reviews were exaggerated by customers who were had over the top expectations. But after dealing with Daisy directly, I can confirm that she is in fact very poor at customer service and abrasive towards her clients.

Her photos are amateurish and definitely not professional quality. All her photos look the same and have the same boring theme. No wonder why her rates are the lowest in town.

Avoid at all costs. Spend your hard earned money on a real photographer who cares about their customers.

If bipolar, impatient, skanks are your thing you will love Daisy.

She oozes this persona with perfection. After graduating from a mail order photog school she decided to set up a studio to steal your hard earned money and destroy any hopes of capturing a decent picture of an important moment in your life. She will do all this with a crooked smile of ill will that would make the Grinch jealous.

And lets not forget the terrible soundtrack of *** music she blares to go with her *** talent and her *** personality. Hopefully her "studio" will burn down along with all her equipment and her hands will suffer unrepairable damage so she is unable to practice photography thus saving the world form her garbage work.

she was in a bad mood, she had no patient with my kid. she did not make us feel welcome in her studio.

i wouldn't recommend her to anybody. it was that bad!!!! when I ask her what kind of ideas she had for us, she told me that i was suppose to bring my own ideas with me ( she is the photographer after all).

She took for ever to put up her background and then advise me that i only have 10 minutes left to my session. it wasn't a good experience at all and i wouldn't go there anymore.

We had an awful experience with Daisy at Baby and Belly Photography. When we arrived at the studio she offered us no direction. In fact she didn’t even acknowledge us. My 6-year old daughter was taken aback after she stuck her head into her office to say hello and was fully ignored.

The session itself was poorly run and tense – due mostly to her nasty disposition and thinly veiled aggression. When our young baby wouldn’t cooperate she said the session was over, even though we stood around for 20 minutes at the beginning of our hour doing nothing. This led to an argument where we were told that she couldn’t get photos of high enough quality for her website - so we were done. What should have been a great experience for our family left a horrible taste in our mouth.

After the fact we learned our friends had worked with her and had the same awful experience. I honestly can’t remember dealing with someone in the service industry who is so rude and unprofessional. She is clearly under the impression that her customers are there for her – not the other way around.

And the pictures? They were delivered late and were ok at best. Certainly not worth the money and the negativity.

Was calling to book a photo session for my little ones and found her to be rude and short with me on the phone. I felt like I was inconveniencing her.

I guess she's too busy to talk to customers. Told me she'd "love to sit and talk to me for 10 minutes but she had customers waiting". "Didn't your mom tell you email was the best way to get a hold of me? Obviously I won't be emailing her.

if you are too busy to answer the phone don't pick it up and be rude to the customer.

I should have known she wasn't interested when she didn't return. My first phone call.

I attended at Baby and Belly Photography today with my family for our first family photo session. We were greeted kindly by Daisy, the owner and professional photographer.

The location was easy to find, very clean and professional. Daisy made us all feel very comfortable and was excellent in all aspects of the service she provides. We would definitely go back. We really enjoyed our time at Baby and Belly Photography.

We had a bad experience with Daisy Ducharme at Baby and Belly Photography. She was down right rude and unfriendly.

We cannot understand how someone with that approach to customer service is in business. We will never user her services again. She was very stand-offish and did introduce herself while we were standing in her studio. She failed to review how the session would go, did not want our input and seemed very clumsy with her backdrops.

Overall the session was a disaster. She even made some offensive remark (won't get into details) when we indicated the type of photo we would like for our newborn.

Overall, we were very dissappointed. Daisy Ducharme of Baby and Belly Photography is not good at customer service.
