Never responded to emails after sending me the return label. The package got delayed by a day because apparently, their warehouse was closed on a MONDAY.

It was not a holiday, everyone else was working that day except for them.

Must be nice. I emailed them about that delay but they never answered to me. Thought that was weird. Anyway...

My package was eventually delivered the next day on Tuesday, Jan 27.

I never got the email that they received my return.

I waited until last Saturday, Jan 31 when I asked them about my return status. Again no answer. Since I bought it through Urban Outfitters' website (but was shipped via BTTM), I had to get UO's customer service involved to get BTTM to respond to me.

I felt bad for complaining to UO because it wasn't their fault.

And any attempt to do a paypal chargeback would have gone through UO and not BTTM! I hope they answer soon, this is ridiculous!
