No response to my refund request n emails

I had ordered a shampoo n face balm for my daughter from babo botanical website. She developed itching on its application. I sent an email to Babo botanicals asking for return n explaining what had happened. They just answered one email n after that nothing.this is so unprofessional. Why do u keep a return policy when u dont respond to emails of customers n process refund. Shameful n disgusting

Missing item

Well there is just no way to get through to anyone if something is missing, or if something is wrong. ( I am missing an item that I was charged for).

There were two phone numbers that are now disconnected. There is also an email which does not seem to work at all. And there is no chat feature that I can find that works. I think its important to have easily accessible Customer Service, in a reputable business, for anyone that purchases their products, not just for people who sign up for the app.

Theres just so many apps I want on the phone I dont like the phone to be overloaded with apps. So while they have nice products,unfortunately they fall far short in the customer service department. Other than that fact, this would have been a great company, but inefficient Customer Service is a very important factor.

So even though the products are good it is very disappointing. This happened one other time also.

I added my email at the beginning of my order when I first logged on to your site. I thought it said my discount would be automatically applied. I picked my products, paid for them at check out and then logged out. I then went into my emails to check on other correspondences and saw I had an email from you saying I had to apply a code at check out. This was a surprise to me. Please apply my discount to my order I just placed. It was not clear at all to me that I was supposed to do this. Thank you. As far as the survey below, I usually buy your products from a health food store. I love them. They ran out though and so I went directly to your company. I dont know your company service well enough to rate but I am required to so Im sure my scores will rise to all 5 stars if my issue is resolved promptly. Thank you.
