Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Full refund, plus company purchased brand new units at Walmart in time for us to pick up and use for the week.

Absolutely the worst. Called several weeks early and talked to people, who assured me that even though there were no car seats in my state, there was plenty of time to ship some from another location. Now less than 15 hours from the time by grandkids arrive on a plane, they are telling us that they have none available. THIS IS FOR KIDS SAFETY...THIS ISN'T CONVENIENCE OR "NICE TO HAVE". WHAT CRAP INVENTORY CONTROL AND EVEN CRAPPIER CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN. User's recommendation: Better have a backup plan if you want to use these guys.

We filled out all details in their web form to register for an airport delivery. Including our itinerary, address of airport, and to do the exchange at baggage claim. Day of our trip, we get a call as we are en route to airport telling us they dont have enough info to do the delivery. We spend three separate calls trying to prove to them we correctly filled out the form, but they dont believe us. At least we got a refund, but the customer service was so unprofessional that we will never use this again. How can we be sure we filled out the form right next time? They can cancel and claim you just didnt give them the right info. They maintain its our fault, with no admitting that there was an error on the company end. Since when did it stop being that the customer is always right? Sure way to *** off a customer is tell them they are too incompetent to fill out a simple web form.
