Ive had a year dispute with Babble over intermittent faults with my phone line. Various attempts to fix this issue have been ineffective, and after a while, they gave up trying.
In October I was told to be patient and that someone would be in touch to assess my claim. Its now May and theyve only gotten in touch to try and charge me for a service that didnt work, even when I had an ongoing dispute for them!
I now have a formal complaint for damages with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, as they still have not resolved my claim.
If youre a business owner, go somewhere else for your phone service.

Even though I canceled your program, I got charged for auto-renewal with no advance warning. When I tried to get reimbursement, the only offer of help I received was a voucher.
If I am canceling with no help from customer service, why would I want a voucher? I want to be reimbursed and am going to continue to try all avenues until I get reimbursement.

Stealth charges, faulty systems, poor connectivity, diabolical customer service. In all my years of business never have I encountered a company that has offered such an awful customer experience. The negative impact on my business whilst this shambolic telecoms provider was involved has been unpleasant to say the least.
