Baba Casino

On April 16th, 2025; I logged into an account I have had with "Baba Casino" since january of 2025, one of which I rarely gamed on as I have accounts with several other sweeps sites and had just never really played on Baba Casino.. (However keep in mind that i am not brand-new in regards to how these sites operate as I game regularly and have been through the whole process many times in regards to account registration, verification, winning, redeeming, and receiving.

). On April 16th, 2025, after logging into my account with "Baba Casino" and gaming all night, I ended up turning 2 SC of complementary free play into 4500 SC in winnings and it was not an easy task, however luck and determination due to current circumstances I believe played a huge part in this accomplishment. (1 SC is equivalent to $1 USD). Upon attempting to redeem winnings with Baba casino my account was automatically restricted, I had to wait almost 24 hours just for someone to finally respond to me via email only , as baba casino does not provide its customers with any type of live customer service.

When they finally responded I received an email from their support team claiming that I had been previously verified under another account, "which I know for a fact I had not been", they claimed I therefore had violated their terms of service, and they not only closed my account and kept my winnings ( winnings that I could have really used being a single mother of three children is not a walk in the park) and kept my winnings they also then banned me from their site all together. I tried contacting someone through their listed business number and all I got was a message box promising a call return which never came. I realize now why they do not provide any type of live customer service, and I see clearly how they operate. What they did to me was cruel and unfair and if they did it to me they will do it to you too and have done this before.

"AVOID BABA CASINO" because they will lie and take complete advantage of you.. they will steal your fairly won winnings and claim you have violated their terms of service and there's apparently not much that can be done about it except for writing reviews all over the Internet to bring attention to the way in which they operate so that other people are not treated in such a horrible way!! I would like to also add that I have actually experienced a situation with a different sweeps site, actually having duplicate accounts that I wasn't aware of having at the time until I had winnings to redeem through this other site, ( however I was never verified on the site) if you see what I am saying here.. anyhow upon winning with this other site prior to this experience, I was asked by the support team which account was my main account, they just simply closed the additional account and allowed me to keep the account I had just won in, then they just redeemed my winnings and all was well..

So now you know how baba casino operates..

I think they should be required to have security measures in place, that prevent account duplication to prevent these kinds of things all together..They are also located in a totally different country and do not operate out of the USA. Anyhow Thanks for reading hopefully this helps to prevent these kinds of unfair practices from sweep sites.
