Will not honor their warranty

I purchased a laptop battery from b2c-laptop-batteries.com with a 1-year warranty 10 months ago. The battery is not holding a charge. I want them to send me a new battery and have repeatedly asked them for an RMA number to do that by email and through their online chat service which is never online. I have been making this request for over two months and they never respond.

User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company. They are liars.
