I have never received my package, and haven't heard anything back after I called. I was supposed to receive a call back from the company on Monday, 11/13.

And still have not received any response or a package and I'm out $700.00. I am annoyed with the customer service from this company and will be contacting my bank. I paid $95 for expedited shipping back on 11/6.

Why has it been a week and I still no dress? My brother's wedding was 11/10, and I had nothing to wear and had to run out last minute to buy something.

It was prom season and my daughter waited too long to order a dress online and Nordstrom and Macy's selection was disappointing. B Chic was recommended as the go-to local dress shop.

They were packed, but let us in anyway to browse the dresses. They pulled several dresses they thought would look good on my daughter, their customer service is amazing! We purchased a gorgeous dress that day, there were so many choices! Then WE made a big mistake.

We left with the dress to get it altered at a different location. That tuned into a horrible mistake. After a clear request to hem the dress and keep only a little of the train in the back, the tailor hemmed the dress too short. It was awful.

We left the tailor with the material that was removed and went back to B Chic where they handed the dress to Jenny, their on-site seamstress. Jenny saved the dress! Somehow, she managed to reattach the train and hem it properly at the correct length.

I'm not one to write bad reviews however my experience with B Chic Fashions was incredibly disappointing not only with the product but the service as well. My daughter did her research on the Sherri Hill website to make sure she placed her order for her dream dress through an authorized retailer.

She came across B Chic Fashions who is an Sherri Hill authorized retailer. She found her dream dress listed on Amazon being sold by B Chic Fashions with only 1 dress available, she placed her order and then 3 days later B Chic Fashions updated the tracking information with an invalid tracking number. They claimed UPS didn't scan the package upon pickup. Well UPS procedure is to scan the package!

I spoke with UPS and they stated there wasn't even a track for the tracking number so it was never created. Upon involving Amazon with the fake tracking number, B Chic Fashions contacted me and said they had another one in inventory and would ship it for an additional charge! Due to it was her dream dress, we paid $18 more to get the dress at the original timeframe. The dress arrived 3 days later and within seconds of removing the dress from the package, we called B Chic Fashions and sent them an email!

The dress arrived dirty, zipper broken, clasps falling apart, multiple pin holes from potential alterations, and the worst was the interior Sherri Hill label sewn on was falling off and so were the straps! Upon inspecting the dress further, we uncovered the dress label was sewn on crooked and there were multiple holes where a different label was below this label? We immediately suspected it was a fake! The workmanship wasn't there.

Literally, this dress was falling apart. Upon speaking with the owner of B Chic Fashions, she claimed it was discounted 25%! I explained it was advertised as brand new with tags and it was clearly not brand new nor did it have any Sherri Hill tags.'The serial number listed on Amazon by B Chic wasn't even on this dress giving us more concerns it was a fake! She offer to provide us a full refund which I respectfully requested!

I called Amazon and issued a complaint to further investigate this retailers practices. They opened a case and agreed there were too many discrepancies which raised immediate concerns with them as well! Between the owner and myself, there were over 50 emails trying to resolve this issue. We felt she should provide the authentic Sherri Hill dress direct from Sherri Hill which would have been brand new with tags!

She refused stating she didn't trust that we wouldn't have the same issues with the workmanship! She also then stated the dress she sold was a stock dress which she stated was 100% authentic. We felt otherwise and contacted Sherri Hill who stated all they can confirm is B Chic Fashions is a authorized retailer! Sherri Hill does not talk to consumers even when you have enough evidence to prove their authorized reseller is false advertising and potentially selling fakes!

A few days later, the return label arrived from B Chic Fashions and I took extensive pictures of the dress B Chic Fashion sent us as verification of the issues with this dress. I documented everything and has supporting pictures to avoid further conflicts! B Chic Fashions received the dress back last Wednesday and the nightmare with them continued! They accused us of ruining the dress stating it had *** on it!

She even went to the extent and sent me a picture of this huge hole in the dress! I explained the dress I had never had *** like that! My pictures show the same area and clearly there wasn't *** This was yet another diversion to prevent giving us a refund! She then proceeded to say that now she can't replace the zipper and resell as new because the dress was ruined!

I demanded a refund immediately and explained I was not playing games nor do I appreciated that we are now being falsely accused! Well to my amazement, another authorized retailer shipped me the authentic Sherri Hill dress and it arrived the same day. This dress was dropped shipped direct from Sherri Hill and was indeed brand new with tags! This authentic dress reconfirmed that B Chic Fashions did indeed ship us a fake!

The interior dress label was completely different and the workmanship was what you would expect from a Sherri Hill dress! It was beautiful and didn't have a single flaw! It was what we should have received from B Chic Fashions! We did receive our refund with the exception of the $18 shipping charges which I further disputed with my credit card company!

BUYER BEWARE #1 when you state you're selling a brand new dress with tags, it should be brand new with tags! #2 No authorized retailer should ship a dress in that condition and think that's okay! #3 Authentic means authentic, not a dress with a fake label that is falling off and shows clear signs of a smaller label! Not to mention the label sewn doesn't match the original Sherri Hill logo!

All we can say is once again Buyer Beware! In our opinion, Sherri Hill should clearly investigate this authorized retailer and remove them from their program. We feel blessed that we found an honest authorized retailer who went out of their way to have the authentic dress dropped shipped to us direct from Sherri Hill! I would recommend that authorIzed retailer over and over and did indeed write glowing reviews for their dedication and level of customer service and satisfaction!

Do your research, read reviews and be very careful of buying from B Chic Fashions especially a stock dress they have on their site!

Stock to them means you get what they have, and who knows what condition it will arrive in! We honestly don't want you to experience what my daughter and I experienced...there are clear expectations when you buy your dream dress and pay top dollar for it!
