Sold a part they knew did not work

B and R Auto Wreaking sold a part for a vehicle that would never work, because the computors for the vehicle cannot be reprogrammed to another vehicle. I contacted the company and complained but they refused to refund even though the Chevy dealer receipt for the new part was submitted to them, proving their part did not work. I contacted my bank to reverse the charge on my credit card and when my bank contacted B and R they denied receiving the part back. I then sued them in court, but the court said I had to sue them in a court that was in Washington State. B and R knows this and they sell the parts they know that won't work to out of state customers, because they know the customer can't do any thing about it.
