Do not hire. Disreputable owner.
Owner poured the concrete slab then said he would not be able to come back and finish the job (cut control joints) for a few days. He never came back. When I called him, he promised to refund $175 for not doing the job. Repeated calls to him have gone unanswered. It's been four months. Worst part is how he talked about being such a good Christian and doing the right thing.
