Porfavor manden modelos en existencia

Con respecto al pedido JCIRPCWNN.Me enviaron un mail diciendo que tenian modelos en stock,si no me dicen cuales son ,no se como hacer el cambio .ya que me informan que mi pedido va a tardar 6semanas.comuniquense conmigo.tel.65320**** o por wassap,ya que el correo electronico no parece efectivo

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Finally got a call from Azura on Wednesday 18th October 2017 after trying to get hold of them Since the 13th October.Was told they were despatching the Bath that day...not for delivery on 10th October as previously promissed.No good to us , we have builders on site so purchased a new bath from Roca the day beforeTold Azura we want a full refund - so see what happens

Bath Tub ordered early October 2017 for delivery in Mallorca , price went up by 70 Euro’s initially for delivery - then got an e-mail for another 70 Euros for ‘out of area’ - payment requested by Bank Transfer Said on invoice Delivery by DHL on 10th October 2017 - all looked very convincing Never had the delivery, DHL Know nothing , both the Spanish & French numbers of Azura Home Design are permanantly on Answer Phone - the 011 number on there website is diss connected and they do not answer our many e-mails & messages. I beleive this company not to be what it sais.. Avoid..

Bathroom suite never delivered

We ordered our bathroom suite from Azure as it was in stock and a reasonable price. Rather shocked with delivery costs but we needed it so we ordered. Next thing, no delivery and no sign of our goods. We emailed twice and finally got what looked to be their standard response. That it was not in stock but would be 5 weeks ( it was already 2 weeks overdue). Next the price had changed. We paid 149 € with 50€ odd in delivery, but strangely the bathroom suite (even though it's apparently out-of-stock) is still on promo, now for €175 with delivery costs that bring it (strangely) to the exact same cost as what I was charged (€149). Still no sign of our bathroom suite. No further emails received. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! They are clever scammers! I will report back, if anything changes. BEWARE.

He pedido y pagado un mueble que ponía lo sirven en 24 horas, han pasado dos meses, y no tengo la menor información del pedido, . He enviado varios mails, llamadas telefonicas que sale un contestador y sigo sin la menor información.

Me temo es una estafa. Han pasado más de dos meses.

Regarding delivery cost, we have to ship it from France to UK so it's clear that the cost is slightly higher. Then, we're talking about furniture and not just a small parcel.

Finally, our prices may vary depending on the quantities we order from the manufacturer. We try to have a turn over for our offers so that those discounts are applied on different products every month.

ORDERED CABINET

ORDERED BATHROOM CABINET PAID BY CREDIT CARD WAITED over 9 weeks for confirmation of delivery ( note advertises as UK company) but phone link is to Perpinon in the south of France, STILL NO GOODS so EMAILED NO REPLY UNTIL PUSHED NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS PROMISED DELIVERY said it was on its way given approximate date it would arrive it did not so sent another email said they would resend next week. no confidence in lack of detail and clarity of information in email.DID NOT HAPPEN EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE SO informed them that I had REPORTED TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS A SCAM

It is based in Perpignan south of France.

Could you please advise us whether or not the issue has been solved by now?

Regret ever dealing with this company

I still have not received goods 8 weeks after payment made, to the value of over £1,000, despite being assured of 48 hour delivery. The company are the worst I have ever dealt with - they do not respond to emails, ignore you and are generally the rudest entity I have come across. My goods have still not been delivered and I shall now have to initiate proceedings to get my money back. I think Azura Home design is a scam not the real one. I order one bathtub that costs £925.

First payment was error then second payment got email say error as well, then I tried third time, but got the same message. I feel that is very weird and open my account, I see my 2 payments had been completed. Contact Azura to cancel one of my payments. They did cancel one payment for me, but when I opened my account at Azura, there was no order information in my order history.

I contact them, but got no answer.

I am now contact my bank to stop the payment that Azura charged me.

This is 100% scam. So please be aware with this web side as their website is not the secure one that does not have a Lock icon beside of their http://....
