Verified Reviewer |INEPT TAKE-OUT SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD & LACK OF CUSTOMER FOCUS
This is the complaint I filed with them verbatim: "I have to say that this take-out experience was a disaster from beginning to end. The only things I can say positive is that my order was ready at the time promised and the entree was generously sized. The rest of the experience goes as follows: 1. I elected to pick-up at the restaurant. Once there, I drove around the building completely but there was no designated pick-up point. Other restaurants have figured this out and offer parking up front. Some have numbered signs and allow you to check in by texting the parking space # and the order is either brought out to my car. Minimum would be a text to alert customer that order is ready. Your restaurant offers none of these courtesies; 2. The website offers NO PICTURES of the various items - only a box with a brief description to click !! Decision-making would have been infinitely easier with some color photos rather than searching the descriptions; 3. NO DRINKS OR DESSERTS OFFERED !! I've never ever seen this from any other restaurant before !! I mentioned this glaring omission to the staff at the pick-up point. I even asked if they had a hand-out menu with these missing items on them - FOR NEXT TIME. Not surprised that they did not have one to give; 4. BIGGEST AND MOST GLARING MISTAKE - I ordered a chicken burrito but got one filled with steak - much of which had to be spit out because it was TOO TOUGH !!! 5. I received a fork WITH NO KNIFE and ONE napkin !!! Again, lack of customer service and courtesy on your part; 6. I got a big bag of tasteless nachos and one container of salsa which ran out half-way through. 7. You harvested a phone number but for what purpose ?? Plus I got no e-mail asking for feedback on my experience. I guess take-out/pick-up is an afterthought with you folks. AZTECA is the second mexican restaurant in that location; JOHNNY CARINO'S came and went like a flash. How do you expect to survive giving such terrible service and offering such bland and unexceptional cuisine ?? I should get a refund for the price I paid for this awful experience. I see no reason to ever come back to your restaurant." By the way - no refund ever received. One of their managers was to call me but that never happened. Picture below shows the undigestible "chicken" I had to spit out !!

The Mexican consul are abuse and taking advantage of the situation about the matricula consular ID. In certain point they are forcing you to buy a document that you don't need it.
