Having problems with system, No Assistance from installer.

First email to Charles CrumpIey was July 8, 2022-I guess the only way to get noticed is to give a 1 star review- so here I go. I had my system installed about 6 years ago- 21 300W panels- with SolarEdge SE5000 inverter. I was told it would cover close to 100% of my electric bill- but noticed the electric company recently is only giving me about 1/3 of kwh which should be produced. 3 weeks ago I started contacting Aztec Renewable to have my panels inspected/checked out to confirm they are working to factory specs. I attempted to sign onto the SolarEdge website- but was told the website was shut down/changed to a new inverter/website. I have emailed Mario Caballero 3-4 times in the past 3 weeks but no progress. I know my panels have a 25 year performance guarantee, I may need to get them changed/upgraded... Edit- I am not sure what part of this is considered slander? It's all true statements.. Maybe if I was informed how to contact SolarEdge----helping me-- instead of threatening me with an attorney, and 2 statements from Charles Crumpley- "If we fail to close a job because of your reviews, Im taking your property"- AND "If your reviews remain posted, I will see you tomorrow personally". Maybe SolarEdge can help me fix the problem if Aztec Renewable can't. IF I was assisted in fixing the problem, then I can give a 5 star review. Charles did stop by to investigate the problem about Sept 6th, found out the internet monitoring system is not connecting. Charles stated it would take approx 1.5 hours to fix it. Today is Sept 27th 2022 and I have not seen or heard from Charles Crumpley. I changed my review to positive hoping this could get fixed, but at this time- Charles last statement to me was "We are going to provide the labor for free in trade for positive reviews. Please get those changed and we will get started. If we don't perform, you can always go back to negative".

User's recommendation: Google search all contractors and businesses before you get work done.

Terrible management & customer service

These guys are the cream of the crop when it comes to being unresponsive to serious customer issues/concerns, providing terrible customer service after the 'job is done' and providing little to no priority on warranty work when equipment issues arise. There are so many well run energy efficiency companies out there. If you want to become energy independent than do the research and read as many customer reviews as you can. Make informed decisions and have contracts in place to keep you protected from companies like this.

They talk well but do not trust Crumpley

I spent 27K and they installed them quickly but not where I wanted them. I wanted them on the work shop and garage not the main house but they put one row across the main house so I would have to pay more in case of hail to remove the panels and replace them. This...

None of this is true. After installation the customers roof experienced hail damage and he decided to upgrade his roof to metal.

The insurance company paid us to remove and reinstall the panels on his new roof. He asked us to run the conduit in his attic and change the location of the panels from the prior location. We complied with all his request. He did not however enjoy us asking for the insurance money upfront.

This is our policy for small labor only projects involving insurance companies. The first 27,000 he mentioned was for the original installation.

He was a cash paying customer and paid 60% down and 40% at completion. He inspected the installation, signed off, provided our crew with an excellent performance rating and made final payment.

Aztec solar company Dallas Texas is a ripp off

This company charges thousands but does not give you what you ask for do not pay them in advance like I did because they will not install the solar panels as you would like...... The company is a *** ripoff and I do not recommend doing business with them........ They placed the panels in a haphazard way that definitely was not professional. They however collected 27,000 dollars very quickly. This company only cares about the money not what you want.... I have to write 80 words to submit this to help you not to throw away you money which is ***.

KarmaHappens is not a customer of Aztec Renewable Energy. We have no way to contact this person to resolve anything. I believe this to be competitive slander
