My laptop will not work
My laptop will not let me get windows on it says need to pay for it and I just bought it and where I got it says I have to pay extra for windows and I dont have the money to do that

Battery depletion quick after windows 11 update
I didnt get nothing or a call back my device is still depleting on battery so was i suppose to get a call back i do not know

Verified Buyer |Tablet won't charge
When I plug in the charger the tablet is mot taking a charger. I purchased the tablet on August 26,2021 so it should be under warranty and I need to talk to customer service for replacement instructions.
