Not received my order
I put an order through on Monday 17/2/25 and paid to have it delivered by Wednesday 19/2/25. I have still not received my order 20/2/25.
I have contacted Yodel who say they are awaiting parcel from sender. I have email Azio Beauty twice and also messaged them twice and have still not had a reply from them, but I have received emails about buying more of their products.
I am going on holiday tomorrow 21/2/25 and if my order is not received by 12 noon on 21/2/25 then I will need to have a full refund as I will need to buy other products.
I hope someone can respond to me and clarify why they are offering and charging for a service of delivered by day if they cant meet these requirements.

Subscription not arrived
Order placed 9/01/2025 money taken out of bank by said company on same day it is now 20/01/25 and still no order and no response to three emails sent so what is the point in having a subscription and why no reply to my emails if no reply to this will cancel subscription Patricia Hall

Resolved: Have sent three emails with no response as to the whereabouts of my order. Product ordered and paid for on 24th November. No answer. Disgraceful
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Terrible customer service. Just no response despite three emails asking where is the product I have bought and paid for.
