On Dec. 19, 2025, I ordered the Hal Mix book on secrets of pocket billiards.
I had to pay the $50 in advance. Then I never received the book. I tried texts and phone calls, but got zero results. I have neither the book nor my money.
You've been warned.
Buy from AZ Billiards at your own risk. It ripped me off.

On Dec. 19, 2025, I ordered a copy of the hal mix book on secrets of pocket billiards.
Bob Jewett made sure I paid the $50 in advance. I never received my book. I sent Bob a few texts to pursue the matter. He answered the first few with evasive responses, then he just stopped answering.
I have neither the book nor my money. Order from AZ billiards at your own risk

I am the author of the original text. The Hal Mix book was promoted all over the AZ Forum site.
I spoke with Bob Jewett over the phone before ordering to get the payment situation correct. When I didn't receive the book, I called a couple of times and initially spoke with Bob again, who assured me the book was on the way. After more than a couple of weeks of nothing, I called and texted Bob but received no response. I, too, thought the AZ site was reputable.
At the end, I've received neither the book or a $50 refund. Now if I'm off the mark here, I invite anyone from AZ to call and rectify the situation.
As I say, you've been warned. Buy from AZ Forum at your own risk.

This looks to be a book that purchased from someone on the AzB forums, as we do not sell Hal Mix books. Where the "texts and phone calls" went is a good question.
No on has reached out to me (AzBilliards) via text or phone with any complaints about a Hal Mix book. I suspect the customer doesn't understand that he was purchasing from an individual on the community forum.
