As per the earlier, they are blaming me, the customer for the issues with their products. Terrible business to blame the customer.

I've purchased 10 of these panels, most are OK. I have 2 that seem to have shrunk and are pulling away from the wall.

I contacted the company and an Engineer named George called to tell me it was my fault and there is no defect so no warranty. I explained I had the installer follow exactly what was written on the website for install instruction as they don't include any and he still blamed me. He tried telling me about a process and when I asked him to show me that in the instructions he couldn't locate it and said the site was recently updated. Complete and utter BS.

I built an Outdoor Kitchen with these products and it's beautiful. The wall however is not, and their refusal to honor the warranty is very disappointing.

I've written the SC Attorney General, notified Amazon of their underhanded tactics and am considering action. Will update the review if there are any changes,,,
