Following a recommendation by a Mike Gonzales (unknown to me) on Facebook, I contacted Ayudos and asked for their help promoting my Indiegogo campaign, which aimed to raise funds to help me pay for my tuition fees at university in London. David Diaz of Ayudos replied hastily and helpfully. At first I was reluctant to use Ayudos as they are apparently based in the US and I am in the UK. But I acted against my instincts and paid them $149 via PayPal for their 'Premium Package' following a swift response and an enthusiastic email exchange with David, in which he promised 10 different services (these can be found in their contact). We both electronically signed the contract and I was hopeful for some positive results to my campaign with only 11 days left before it concluded.

Ayudos failed to deliver 9 of the agreed services. I never received the phone consultation, nor the press release, nor the Facebook ad, nor the social bookmarking, nor the Blogger or Forum posts, nor the campaign page review or optimization, nor the weekly newsletter nor the "tools and tips" they promised. Having asked David Diaz to provide me with proof of his services, he has responded defiantly, protesting that he "hasn't done anything wrong" and that he has "worked hard for me." The only services I can see any proof of are daily Twitter posts and one post on Reddit.com.

In my naivety, when David Diaz of Ayudos asked me to send my payment through PayPal as a 'friend' transaction, I agreed, thinking I was simply doing him the favour of freeing him from charges to which he was eligible. But in fact, when it came to my attempting to reverse my payment through PayPal's Buyer Protection Scheme, I was unable to do so precisely because I sent the payment as a 'friend' transaction.

My school tuition fees are £20,000. My Indiegogo campaign target was £20,000. My campaign took me several weeks of work to write, to film, to edit, and to upload. My campaign received £1,850 in total. I lost approximately 15% of my total donations to Ayudos. Ayudos have not responded to my requests for a refund.

I would like to join the others and share my terrible experience with Ayudos.

I bought a package of marketing services for 195 USD. Please look at the screenshot bellow to see what should I get and what does it mean in real (REAL red column)

So, in short, for 195 USD I had 165 clicks overall and 116 clicks from Ayudos. That means, that I paid 1.68 USD per click.

I asked what was wrong, bacause Mike from Ayudos also had to donate my campaign, that never happened of course.

I wanted to see the campaign overview, e.g. stats from facebook ads, he promised me that he will send it to me TODAY (Today was at least five times and I never received it.)

So what I really got?

I wanted to be nice, I understood that was Christmas time, but there was nothing like, sorry, or ok, I did not meet all the points so I will refund you, nothing, just empty promises..

In overall, if you are thinking about wasting your money, go for it!

If you are familiar with facebook ads, please, try it on your own and do not buy any package from this scammer.

I purchased the Ayudos $345 super package on Feb 11, 2016.

Most of the promised items are relevant to a press release from a professional and experienced copywriter. I did not get a draft press release until Feb 19. 8 days later! Not the rapid turnaround that was promised. And the "draft" was far from being professional. I basically had to rewrite the entire press release that I paid them to do. They could not do a featured blog post or any other items they promised. (The *** 8 day delayed press release was the last straw for me. See below.)

My biggest concern over the first few days was that my numerous requests for updates were repeatedly promised (e.g., in the next 24 hours, shortly, ASAP) but were never delivered. I never received a single update.

The daily promotion that was also promised for multiple social media platforms did not occur. I searched their social media sites that were supposedly promoting my campaign every day and found nothing. On Feb 16, I made my first request for a refund because I was not getting the service that I paid for. David responded by saying he disagreed and that they were doing everything they said they would. I believed him and asked him why he had not kept me up to date? I gave him another chance by saying we would be fine if he kept me up to date on everything he was doing. Nothing changed. I never received any of the promised updates. No evidence that any services were being done. Absolutely nothing happened on my campaign related to Ayudos "efforts". I paid $345 with no return.

On February 19th (after receiving the terrible press release draft), I filed a merchant complaint with PayPal. I have everything documented -providing the evidence for my complaint of merchant fraud. If you are currently working with them and are not happy with their service, I highly recommend you document everything. Then file a dispute with your credit card company or PayPal if that is the way you paid them. That increases the chance that you will be able to get your money back.

(Full disclosure: I did find 3 Facebook postings but 2 occurred after I requested the refund.)

Ayudos' Pro package definitely provided a great boost thru social media and a featured article which brought some great traffic to my campaign page here:

I highly recommend Ayudos.com to anyone considering crowdfunding and needs a professional promotional campaign done online.

I had a great experience with Ayudos Plus package for my crowdfunding package, which included a press release, daily social media sharing, featured blog post and much more.

I think the consulting and tips they gave me really helped out a ton too. A few key changes made a big difference in the way people saw my campaign page and helped bring a more backers I believe.

Their customer service was very helpful too whenever I had any questions.

I think it's a great value for all the work that is included in the packages plus the experience they bring in the consulting.

They also made a small contribution in the end as well.

Do not use this site NEVER! You have the chance to WASTE MONEY, time and many nerves. They sleep all the time and you must always tell them what they should do!

In addition, they have very few followers on social networks, it is unclear if they are real people and the press release are s*it!

They will always seek to make you guilty of their incompetence.

Before using the services of this website, browse the Internet all the reviews about it and you will see what people says about.

Many people have been fooled by ayudos.com If to give them a grade, it would be the - (minus) 10!

Ayudos are not only unprofessional, they are lower than even an amateur work, you can even call them a scam.

I started my project "Bride of the Nile" in indiegogo.

Then I paid them for the 'plus' plan, and David told me they would prepare the blog post within 3-4 days. After 9 days I sent David to remind him, so he said 'I will send you an update today.'.

Of course this scam site did not get back to me after about 24 hours, so I sent them again and that was already 11 days after my application criticizing their attitude, and guess what, David did not answer.

After one more day, meaning 12 days from the application I sent him 'Am I getting a refund soon?', then he immediately replied me with apology and told me 'your article scheduled to be published'.

Then I asked him 'Can you tell me accurately when is the article scheduled to be published?', then no answer, I had to send him again to ask him in a more angered manner to tell me a schedule for the blog post and press release.

He told me 'Your Article we be published within the day. I will have more links and updates for you soon.'

It is more than 24 hours and nothing.

This site is pure scam at least for me. I paid for the plus plan and I only got retweeted from them twice or three times after two weeks, I wonder what happens to people paying less.

I paid for the $89 package to promote my Indiegogo campaign, Rise of the Omarian King on 10/22/2014. Ayudos never delivered the said $89 package I paid for.

I called the number (847) 780-**** two times. That was in October 2014 and November 2014. Each time a guy answered and pretended to be entering in my information to give me a refund. He never did give me a refund.

Its been six months. Were are now in April 2015 and I still don't have my money. Ayudos just plain ripped me off.

DO NOT...I REPEAT, DO NOT use Ayudos to promote your crowdfunding page. They are scam artists.

We purchased Ayudos.com "Pro" Promotion & Marketing Plan $159.00

They Did not produce or provide as advertised and promised:

Featured Blog Article, Press Release Syndication, Social Media Sharing + Ads(Facebook, Twitter, etc), Detailed Analytics/ Stats, Project Page Optimization, Email / Newsletter Featured, Planning & Consulting, Youtube Video Promotion, Dedicated Campaign & Account Manager, Increase Traffic & Referrals, We Back Your Project.

They have originally ignored our email requests to provide any validation that Ayudos.com is implementing their service. 3 times we emailed and didn't get a response until we stated we are filing a complaint. They responded saying my emails have been going to their "spam" and they didn't receive any. Searching reviews we found that Ayudos.com frequently uses that as an excuse until a complaint is filed. Ayudos.com claimed in their one response email "We have sent you the article that was published below as well as updates with links and analytics with several emails and we have offered you a refund." None of this is true. There has been no "links and analytics", no "article that was published" and no "refund"

Searching online has turned up no indication of any promotion whatsoever. Asking for where Ayudos.com has published an article they claim to have published has not been provided. Our belief is Ayudos.com never published any articles promotion and quickly wrote up an article after a complaint was filed with Better Business Borough in Chicago where they are based.

Ayudos.com has not told us where they published this article and I or my colleagues can not find it published anywhere. It was emailed to us after we complained. Nothing was happening with our project. Where is it published? We looked on Ayudos.com site and even on their website we couldn't find it.

Ayudos.com has not fulfilled the agreement. Our campaign for disabled sports programs is almost over and we where hoping for an increase in traffic and revenue to fund the program. All we are is out $160.00. Do not purchase these Promotional & Marketing Plans.

Ayudos.com has offered a refund that we have asked for but after two weeks they still have not refunded our money. I would be happy to call and speak to a representative at Ayudos.com. We request a full refund first and then will call. Still waiting for the refund they promised.

I purchased the $85 service from Ayudos. Theye did nothing to help my crowd funding project.

I did not get a single dollar to my campaign from the Ayudos.com services. Save your money! This company takes advantage of people trying to pursue their dreams with crowd funding.

I wasted not only money but valuable time with Ayudos. From what I can tell the literally did nothing to help me.

Ayudos.com is a complete fraud.

They should be ashamed of what they do to people who are tying to make a better life for themselves. I am going to try and press charges for fraud.
