I submitted a wrong order
I had submitted an order on Saturday last week and it was denied called the credit card company and they said it was just something that I never purchased before so I re-entered it thinking I was only getting one bottle but it come up three bottles and I didn't want three bottles I only wanted one so I called to get justification

I called the general number to ask about discount coupons and was redirected to the website, which only has info about RxConnect. So I called again and hit the button for "pharmacy" thinking that might get a response - but instead I was transferred and put on hold for over 10 minutes.
I hung up and called again, this time pressing the button for "adverse reactions" thinking THAT might get a person - and I did - Josh - and I asked him to transfer me to a human - he nicely took my name and number and then transferred me - and again I found myself in muzak limbo. Impossible to get anyone!
