I never got my REFUND

I cancelled my order because it will never get it on time. I called and emailed customer service but no response. Its been almost 4 weeks and I still never got my refund. So no dress and no refund ! They took my money for no reason!

User's recommendation: Do not buy and try to get a refund.

Never received refund

I ordered several dresses from axparisusa. I returned five. The company says they give a full refund. Axparisusa received my items on August 21. Two months later, I still have not received my refund. All ten of my emails have gone unanswered. I have tried to call the customer service number many times, and the message always says mailbox full. Do not order from this company if you plan on returning anything.
