We have an investment with Axis Capital Group and we are trying to get hold of them. We have a number for them in Jakarta, Indonesia 622********. The phone rings and someone does answer it, but they cannot hear us, but we can hear them. Anyopne out there know anything about them. What can we do to get our money back.. I have also emailed a guy called Charles Mason, but the email came undelivered. I sent an email to their accounts, but that seems to have been delivered. Is this a scam? I think so!! Don't havce anything else to say, but would like to know if this company still exists and if it does where are they know and are they still asking people for money. They looked perfectly legal when my husband looked into them, but they did call him. I am suspicious of anyone calling me to ask if I want to invest.

Axis Capital Fraud

Dear All, April 20, 16I have been dealing with Axis Capital 19th Floor, Prudential Center, Kota Kasablanka, Jl. Casablanca Raya Kav 88, Jakarta 12870, Indonesia. They contacted me on numerous occasions and persuaded me that some stock shares were a good investment. I have sent money to pay for these stocks by wire transfer. Their email addresses and phone numbers have suddenly become inaccessible. I am therefore unable to contact them to find out what has happened to my money. My last personal contact was Account Manager: Edward Horton who sounds British but I think has left. Also involved are Charles Mason who sounds Canadian and Arthur Dixon. Also is Louise Clarke the accounts supervisor. These names my well be pseudonyms, I can't believe they use their real names. But they will be in Jakarta and collect mail from the prudential Center where the have only a post box. Can anyone shed light on these people, please inform me how I can contact the Jakarta branch of Axis Capital? Email in confidence to jashjones@***.com

Fraud

I also have been fooled by those people. Triton ORE and another fake company never went on the stock market Placed 5000 € for unreal shares and no one is answering now..no email, no phone and recently no more website. I guess when they had enough money they left without leaving any clue.. Any idea how to track them ? I'd be happy also to contribute for any action against them. I also agree that they are only british people that have been in contact with me

How to get the money back from this bogus company

I have also made a substantial investment through this bogus company. I just sent another email to them, but delivery failed because the domain name has now been cancelled. They are probably enjoying our money somewhere on the Bahamas. I have invested initially in July 2014 in Triton shares and then switched later to another stock (OR) with ostensibly better returns, giving them another substantial chunk of money! Let's haunt these gangsters, no matter what. Who is taking the lead here? They are all British, so is there perhaps a British national amongst you to see what avenues are open to us to prosecute fraudulent nationals in the UK? Maybe they can be located somewhere, questioned, passports withheld etc. Let's not rest until justice is done here. I wish I had given the money to a good and charitable cause instead. Anyhow, they will meet justice and us standing by. Laughing.

Lost my business, thanks to AXIS Capital Group, Singapore!

I am writing this to make you all knowledgeable of so many complaints I have against this company. In June 2013, I purchased a new Caterpillar 312cl excavator from Axis Capital Group, Singapore for 82000 plus VAT and interest on the finance. The computer went in the machine. The side door fell off it; the starter went in it; the batteries went in it; the track adjusters went in it; the ignition went in it; the alternator went in it; all within a year of purchasing it. Axis refused to fix the machine. It was minded like a baby, polished and waxed once a week, greased every day, oil changed and all filters every 200 hours. In May 2014, I purchased a Cat 320c used from Axis Capital Group, Singapore. They told me the machine was purchased new by a reputable company in Jakarta, Indonesia. I was told by Axis that the machine was a 2004 model with 6800 genuine certified hours and that it had never dug *** in the ground. It was used with a grab on it lifting recycling materials. The machine was delivered to me after Axis resprayed it and within an hour of delivery, it overheated the engine and hydraulics. I rang them and they didn't believe me. They refused to send out a fitter. I waited 2 days for a fitter. Eventually after a new thermostat, cleaning the whole cooling system coolers, radiators and replacing new pipes for the air-*** under the cab, we eventually solved the problem on the overheating. Then the fuel filter failed and the air filter and all filters failed. This was within a week of purchase, after cat allegedly fully serviced the machine. I found out that cat did not service the machine, and then it started to blow hydraulic pipes. One by one, it blew off all the hydraulic pipes and became unsafe to work so I had no other choice but to park it and hire a machine in to do the work my own machine was meant to do. I then found out that my 2014 machine was actually a 2001 machine and that it had been clocked by 500 hours. This is clearly a fraud! I also found out that this machine never worked for any company in Jakarta, Indonesia, another scam from them. It was actually purchased by the Axis dealer in an auction in Bangkok, and I had been told a pack of lies by the salesman whom I trusted. The third machine was a Cat 312bl excavator which I had for 9 months and one day, I was operating it and it caught fire and burned itself out past fixing. It had overheating problems all along from the time of purchase and Axis, once again refused to fix it, mainly because they didn't know how. Like all the other problems I had with Axis’ machines, they didn't know how to fix their machines. I have lost my business and I want to be compensated by Axis for it. Their lies and breach of my human and consumer rights will not be overlooked. If it means I have to travel to their headquarters and protest, I will be compensated for the damage they have put on me. My credit history is ruined. I can never buy land or get a mortgage because Axis sold me bad machinery that I couldn't pay for because it broke down. This should be a warning for everyone not to deal with Axis Capital Group, Singapore!

Axis capital Group, Singapore Review

In 2013, I purchased a 2012 new freightliner classic with a c-15 acert engine from Axis Capital Group, Singapore. The truck was transported all the way to Jakarta Indonesia, it ran ok for two years with the exception of both turbos blowing about once a year which I know now is an over pressuring issue these engines have, noticed as well in repeated air compressor failures. This truck was brought to the dealership; it was purchased at every third week for an expensive oil change and complete inspection, "all documented". My complaints started beginning year three the unit gave a dirty oil sample; this was questioned but disregarded by mechanics as an oversensitive sample machine. Truck then blew both turbos, this was covered under warranty and diagnosed as the culprit for oil sample. Three days later truck began to smoke considerably, brought unit back in and told engine was dusted due to a faulty CGI pipe which was a freightliner part not covered by their engine or exhaust warranty. The pipe had *** and had taken in dirt which first caused turbo failure and the engine failure. $40000 on my dime and two months down time due to a strike at AXIS and I was running again, personal expense to me was $100000 with down time and repair. OK much smarter now, I put extended warranty on the engine, began replacing CGI pipe every 7 months and fabricated a shield for the CGI pipe as Freightliner advised if I attempted to relocate pipe to a better place warranty would be invalidated. The Unit went back to First truck every third week for the next year with specific instructions to oil sample every change and inspect all aspects of CGI pipe every service, again this Is documented. Almost a year to the day the truck gave a dirty oil sample, I followed this up with mechanics at Freightliner and advised I thought I was getting dirt in air system again, they advised this was not the case and all was fine. Two more turbos 8 days later and again I insisted there was something wrong, again advised all piping checked, air pressure tested and passed. Back to work. 4 days later truck began to smoke and knock. Floated on my dime back to First truck Edmonton where it was diagnosed that I had "dusted" my engine again due to a faulty CGI pipe, cat was not covering the engine again and freightliner even though the pipe was under warranty, would not cover it because it had been rubbing against the fabricated shield they had been instructed to inspect, and on the customer report passed on a bi-weekly basis. No action had been taken legally on my part, it's because again I was on the hook for engine replacement and down time now totaling approx. $240000 in two years. The only avenue I can take is give a warning to all possible about one or two truck operators in the province, Unless you have very significant buying power, your warranty is not worth the paper it’s printed on, if anyone feels this is slanderous in any way please take me to court, as legal aid will be the only way I am able to represent myself against one of the biggest players in the trucking game today.

Axis Capital Group, Inc. CA Review

I am writing to make a formal complaint against the Axis Capital Group, Inc. located at 4640 Admiralty Way, Suite 500 Marina Del Rey, CA 90292. On my first contact with this company the as soon as we moved to CA from Jakarta Indonesia, they were impressive. They were the only one from many calls I received from many mortgage companies that was considerate and not pushy. We went through the pre-approval process which now I see was nothing more than pulling credit. After we had a pre-approval we made a proposal on a home and that is when it all went to the waste. Here we are 5 weeks after they received the signed offer letter from the seller and me however we still don't have anything other than great frustration. No approval but no decline either totally up in limbo. I believe they have forgotten about us. The underwriter has asked for the same documents many times even after we have delivered them with what they have asked, kind of like they are very sluggish to look at all the docs that are in the emails. We are now in an awful limbo trying to think out if we should just walk away and lose our escrow money since we are way out of our 10 day cooling off period. To sum up, at this time I would obey them to whatever company they went to nevertheless I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this company that is either brutally short-staffed to handle what they are taking in or just down right impolite and rude for wasting someone’s time because they don’t want to do their jobs or maybe they are a scam, I don’t know. Trust me, I am warning you, I know how hard it is to take in more than you can do with being understaffed but that is where you put a priority on stuff based on when it came in. I work for a dealership in the service department and I don’t think I have ever seen anything this bad before.

I can say the same thing! Axis Capital Group, Inc.

CA is very helpful and efficient. All his team is helpful. They were always available to answer my questions.

They did not make me feel dumb even though some of my questions are pretty basic. They are so respectful and so competent everything went so fast and so smoothly.

Not sure if all of these spam is coming from the customers themselves or if it's coming from somewhere else. But it's a small price to pay for having everything run smoothly & getting all of my annoying black-market to let the company down.

I agree with you guys. An escrow account keeps a certain amount of money in it to cover possible FUTURE increases.

If you do not want them to keep an escrow account then you need to change the Mortgage to a Home equity account and you need to pay all the bills yourself.

Some lenders will not let you do this since they want to make sure the payments are made. That said, they will recheck the account every year and adjust accordingly.

#876849

If I may add, if you are late on payment these employees will treat you with absolute rude behavior and total disrespect. They will claim they will refuse your payment if you don't agree to what they say.

They will talk to you like you are a child and they know the way it should be. If you are a person that has become sick.

While I am sorry for the abuse that you have suffered at the hands of Axis Capital Group, Inc. CA, it is not surprising as we are dealing with them the same way as you are.

Can I say that there are multiple consumer rights violations under Federal law that I found in your complaints and I am on a mission to educate consumers on their consumer rights!
