Subpar product, unprofessional service

I was handled very unprofessionally by Cassie. She mismatched the color for my brand logo, failed to communicate with me that she could not match it or suggest any possible solutions, went ahead and printed the shirts anyway, and then was unwilling to give me a discount or refund after I expressed my disapproval of the finished product. I'm not sure who handed her the business, but it will be short lived with the customer service skills she employs. Disappointing.

User's recommendation: Do business elsewhere.
