I was overcharged for a order $ 42.95 and $ 19.90 they're trying to tell me I signed up for a subscription during checkout no I didn't and I placed two orders no I didn't and hidden shipping fees they're claiming. I didn't see none of those things and before I placed my order I looked over it and it's unfair as a consumer trying to support a business and clearly I'm regretting it. I just want my money refunded.

- Ordered 2 koala bears at $7.95 each, shipping was $4.95.
- Pop-up promised half off the third item, but third item priced higher and shipping charged again.
Still have not heard a word from the website / company. No tracking updates for my items. U sure if I will ever receive my items not impressed
Shipping was advertising at 4.95 $. Upon checked a site pop up appeared advertising if you buy a third item you will receive it for half off. 4 95, $, ACTUALLY. Common sense would think that it would be added to my order placed.
And be included in the already paid for shipping fees. Nope The third item was tripled amount of the other 2 items combined plus I was charged 9 95 $ shipping again. So I was overcharged for items false advertising on the prices and shipping costs. And false information on the pop-up for purchasing a third item.
I have attempted contact with this company / website numerous times. Submitted 3 tickets.
And have been ignored ghosted. I'm unsure if I will even receive my paid for items here's hoping .
