Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted the credit card company- they gave a full refund. I never heard from the company.

Wanted to return the items - can only be returned when you contact company and receive an address to make the return.
I have sent 3 emails and sent a message 4 times through their site, but have yet to hear back from them. Items must be returned in 14 days, and it has been 12 days since delivery.

2 of the pants not needed now so I requested address of where to return. These were charged to Visa. Not sure how to prove POD except they should have this info on file. Nice products but will not order again.
