Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted the credit card company- they gave a full refund. I never heard from the company.

Wanted to return the items - can only be returned when you contact company and receive an address to make the return.
I have sent 3 emails and sent a message 4 times through their site, but have yet to hear back from them. Items must be returned in 14 days, and it has been 12 days since delivery.
