This is my fourth attempt to contact you. When I finally received the cat toy, it did not work. I want to be reimbursed for the $25.98 that you removed very quickly from my account as soon as possible.

They are frauds. They will not acknowledge my emails!
I have emailed them every week since Christmas! I ordered in November for Christmas gifts.
The two items would not work! I have sent numerous emails requesting a return authorization, but they will not respond to any of my emails.

The company is a fraud. They do not deliver their product and they run through gyrations to enable you not to get your refund.
I ordered a product on December 7, 2024. The product was never delivered and the contact address is an invalid email address.
They are unreachable and if you use Siri for a contact info.
The chat conversation ends up in them wanting to charge you more money to Discuss the issue. It is a total fraud.

Resolved: Can’t return item
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted the credit card company- they gave a full refund. I never heard from the company.
Bought 2 eyelet dresses with shorts underneath. The material is cheap and they are poorly made.
Wanted to return the items - can only be returned when you contact company and receive an address to make the return.
I have sent 3 emails and sent a message 4 times through their site, but have yet to hear back from them. Items must be returned in 14 days, and it has been 12 days since delivery.

Order was for 3 Apricot capri pants size L. Buying for gifts.
2 of the pants not needed now so I requested address of where to return. These were charged to Visa. Not sure how to prove POD except they should have this info on file. Nice products but will not order again.
Too much trouble to return. Thanks
