Just keeps coming

I ordered a three month gift subscription for some family members. The first three packages shipped fine. When I signed up, I clearly requested three months, it was confirmed in their reply emails. Seemed like a good product. When the 4th month notice came, I cancelled, it shipped anyway. When the 5th month notice came, I cancelled again, it shipped again. Plus they put the price up, which I did not agree to and had no notification. I have sent numerous emails, I have tried facebook to try and get any sort of response to let me know what's going on. I get absolutely no response. I have now contacted my credit card company to report them, so that I can block further boxes from shipping. This is a terrible service, will never use again.

DO NOT Subscribe!!!

So this is a monthly surprise subscription box by mail. It’s $55/month and they are suppose to send you games/activities for your family. Well I don’t know what’s going on with this company, but they are terrible!!!! I ordered a box starting in February and I still have not received it (they are suppose to ship the last two weeks of the month)!! So of I emailed about it bc before I knew it, my card got charged again for the March box-before I even received the previous box. I emailed multiple multiple times and all the company does is send what seems like automated responses-basically just talking in circles and not giving any answers. After two weeks of dealing with these empty emails I demanded a refund and I cancelled the subscription. I finally got what seemed to be an actual response from one of the owners of the company. Well she said she would either refund my March box and stop order on it or still send it since I was already charged, and just throw something extra in, my choice between the two. Duh-refund me my money was my choice. So got another response saying my card would be refunded and it may take 6-8 days to see the refund. And I was supposed to still get my February box. It’s been 2 weeks since that last email and still no refund and no February box or shipping verification for it!!!! Terrible service-and seems to be a big scam!!!!! I’m not sure how this company is getting away with this but if you are considering this box-STAY AWAY!!!!!
