After posting a review about a defective product that I received, I was constantly being harassed through email by one of the workers there, named Jeff. One of the nastiest individuals you will ever unfortunately know. They will send you constant emails demanding to know why you didn't give them a glowing review of their cheap defective garbage. When you try to resolve the problem with them, you get nowhere. You will then have to file a dispute with the credit card company. That's when it really gets nasty. They will expend much effort on calling you names, hurling insults at you, and make all sorts of threats via email. Just avoid them if you can. They do not deserve your business, and if you ever post a review of their cheap products that you do not give a five-star review for, you will be harassed by them to no end. These people don't know anything about customer service, and it shows. Here's an excerpt from one of their emails to me: "Youre a shameless piece of work especially in this economy to leave a review like that for any business considering the facts. Hope you feel good about yourself now. You are blocked from ever buying from us again as well as all our Facebook platforms. What goes around come around - good luck!" -and- "Couldnt care less what you think we have thousands of other normal collectors who appreciate what we do. Good riddance we dont need toxic people like you wasting our time. Dont bother wasting whatever brain cells you have responding youre now blocked." WOW, what great customer service!! What a way to try to keep a customer!! In my opinion, they are not worth your hard-earned money, and just avoid them as much as you can. Thank you.
