Disgusting human beings. They are thieves, stay away.
After returning it and them receiving it, they shorted my refund by $37. Never in my life have I been charged for returning a damaged product. When I called back to ask about this, I was told that I needed to speak to the person responsible for that decision which was guess who, the British gentleman. He gave me the run around and said that I had to email accounts which I did but email bounced back.
I had also spoken to customer service and they didn't want to help me either. THEY SELL USED ITEMS. BE VERY CAREFUL. I buy all my products from Diecastmodelswholesale and never have an issue.
This was the second time I had an issue with this company. Shame on me.
Also please see attached picture with the email from Sabrina at Awesome Diecast refusing to give me what is owed to me because she said I started a dispute, which I did, but that should not affect them with doing the right thing. They just want to make my life difficult.
Who would have thought that a vendor would have the audacity to charge a customer for returning a damaged item that was supposed to be brand new.
Thieves. Stay away.

Bought a 1/64 scale Highway replica truck. Description says truck with 3 trailers, (Aus.
Road train) once I received my product it was only a cab and two trailers.
On the back of the box it says I can purchase the extra trailer for X amount of dollars. Thats not what the website said - came with Cab and 3 trailers!

The most nastiest people I have ever done business with
After posting a review about a defective product that I received, I was constantly being harassed through email by one of the workers there, named Jeff. One of the nastiest individuals you will ever unfortunately know.
They will send you constant emails demanding to know why you didn't give them a glowing review of their cheap defective garbage. When you try to resolve the problem with them, you get nowhere. You will then have to file a dispute with the credit card company. That's when it really gets nasty.
They will expend much effort on calling you names, hurling insults at you, and make all sorts of threats via email.
Just avoid them if you can. They do not deserve your business, and if you ever post a review of their cheap products that you do not give a five-star review for, you will be harassed by them to no end.
These people don't know anything about customer service, and it shows.
Here's an excerpt from one of their emails to me:
"Youre a shameless piece of work especially in this economy to leave a review like that for any business considering the facts.
Hope you feel good about yourself now.
You are blocked from ever buying from us again as well as all our Facebook platforms.
What goes around come around - good luck!"

"Couldnt care less what you think we have thousands of other normal collectors who appreciate what we do.

WOW, what great customer service!! What a way to try to keep a customer!!
In my opinion, they are not worth your hard-earned money, and just avoid them as much as you can.

Do Not Pre-Order
I ordered a 1:87 scale bus from Awesome Diecast in October 2019. Only received one email that product was awaiting shipment from manufacturer.
No communication about product shipping and projected shipping date continues to be pushed back for "various reasons" related to tariffs, shipping and now due to coronavirus. Awesome Diecast needs to do better with communication with its customers.
