I booked the apartment via Novasol in advance (2 months before arriving date).

Few hours before check-in, I got a call from the cleaning person that my booking was going to be canceled, as there was an issue with hot water in the apartment.

She promised me that a Novasol representative will be in touch with me very soon to resolve the issue.

After a few hours of waiting, and nobody came back to me, I tried to access Novasol by phone, was waiting for 25 minutes, but nobody responded.

I went to customer support via chat, they were not even aware of the issue, one hour after that i got an email from Novasol with canceling of my booking.

Of the two options they suggested, I decided to go with the second option (full refunding), as the first one didn't meet my expectations in terms of location and place.

As my planned vacation was broken, I am requesting from Novasol compensation for both financial and moral demadge.
