Bad Treatment of staff
My daughter works for the company. She has had nothing but grief from the management Bullying Mental health abuse and NOT being paid for over a month .This issue needs rectifying ASAP

Complaint
Recently stayed at Tattershall Lakes. Stayed before-used to be a lovely break.
This time it was awful. Had to re-pack all our belongings due to having to move to a different caravan-one we were given wasn't Superior like i had paid for. It was dirty and had filthy sofas and worn carpet. Also, our crackhead neighbours were up all night shouting and screaming whilst pissed up in their hot tub-security were called twice, but never came.
Facilities for our children were fully booked or dangerously overcrowded - who has to book to use a swimming pool?? I would like my money back please

Ruined family holiday
On arrival to St ives Bay Park, we was greeted with a chalet which smells of really bad damp ,looked shabby ,cooker no markings on knobs and didn't work properly (health +safety issue)not been cleaned properly ie crumbs and bits of rubbish underneath sofas , beds but after a 7hour drive and having 3 kids we decided to sleep and sort out in morning with reception, only through the night our daughter had an asthma attack, caused by terrible damp on waking up we found ourselves over run with ants thousands in room in bedroom and all in kitchen cupboards where our food was (so all got binned)when I went reception terrible service and maintenance man admitted about cooker and ants !not had time to sort it! I was told no more space on park so got refund (in 7 days )from Gabriel so we drove 7hour home as everywhere was fully booked and couldn't get my money back for 7 days, so thank you for ruining our family holiday.I have never had to complain like this before and I don't expect all to be perfect but wow terrible, I have wrote this on Advice from citizens advice and watchdog
