Recently stayed at Tattershall Lakes. Stayed before-used to be a lovely break. This time it was awful. Had to re-pack all our belongings due to having to move to a different caravan-one we were given wasn't Superior like i had paid for. It was dirty and had filthy sofas and worn carpet. Also, our crackhead neighbours were up all night shouting and screaming whilst pissed up in their hot tub-security were called twice, but never came. Facilities for our children were fully booked or dangerously overcrowded - who has to book to use a swimming pool?? I would like my money back please

Ruined family holiday
