Never received order or confirmation or customer service
- - Three dresses ordered; no confirmation or tracking; card charged.
- - Support via site, email, social; no phone; funds not returned.
Placed an order for three dresses at one time for bridesmaids and never received a confirmation email or tracking or anything but my credit card was charged.
I reached out to customer service countless times through every avenue they offer. Website, email, Facebook, instagramno working phone number.
Still havent gotten anything handled. But they still have my money

Delivered dress unsatisfactory

- - Requesting full refund with prepaid return postage; no receipt or invoice in package; contact numbers fail.
Sent measurements for custom made but was way off and too small. Have tried to call several numbers but either no one answers or operator says it is not a number in service.
I would like a total refund with directions and paid postage as soon as possible so I can meet the 30 day return policy. There was no receipt nor invoice in the delivered package

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I accidentally ordered 12 dresses because of the error in their link. I was refunded for 11 and I bought one outfit which turned out great..
My credit card was charged 11 times! I didn’t think my order went through, because the order page sent the message that the server was busy, and try again!!!!!
OMG.
My email was blowing up with confirmations! Help, please!
