worst personal injury firm ever! they will not fight for you SUPER WOMAN SUPER SCAMMER they sent my case over to another litigation firm.

They never answer my calls they tell me to go to special doctors so the amount of my case would increase that wasn't the case I went home with nothing. Im sure they got paid though, but I went home with not a dime.

The loans they offer are also a scam. Do not take the loans they will rape you on the fees.

This seems like someone from Avrek. They do NOT care about anyone but themselves and about taking all of their clients' money.

Why don't you put this on a place where more people can see it. Many people are victims of this law firm.

They have moles in the hospital violating medical privacy of patients. They get the information from UC Irvine Medical Center or Long Beach hospital and contact these people who don't know that it is illegal, then they represent them for the personal injury claim and take a ginormous fee.

Did I mention that the principal of the firm used to engage in questionable mortgage refinance practices. How many victims are there?

Why did you need to meet your daughter's attorney? Attorneys are very busy so wanting an appointment "just because" is not a valid reason to tie up their time like that.

As far as fees, what percentage did the lawyer take? The standard in that field for a personal injury case is 33 percent.

Avrek law firm was useless to us after taking case 8 wks later said they won't take case. They hooked us up with a workers comp law firm who have proved to be incompetent. Need representation go elsewhere.

This guy Mike Smith signed up with us for advertising on Google. He denied the charges on American Express claiming he never heard of us.

We have a signed contract, we are going to going to sue him and his company. This guy needs to be through out of the legal profession.

You all gave me the courage to face them, to try & get my money on my case. TY

Maryam parman is a former Loan mod ***!!! GOOGLE Parman Law Firm...

I worked at Parman Law group as an evaluator of loan mod cases. I was transitioning careers, so I took a position with the group truly believing it was an honest job and earnest living.

Wow! How wrong I was.....there were some of the most unethical, seedy people working there which for the most part was not the worst because at least you knew who to watch out for. However, on the other hand, was Mike Smith (the CEO of Parman Law group). He was not an attorney but the CEO- explain that one- conflict.

He did not care about his employees or customers so that only left himself to care about. I was one of their top evaluators which meant I signed up the most loan mod cases every month which required collecting fees up front. Red Flag, but I honest believed that the firm was helping clients which in some cases we did but I think it was with minimal time and effort on their case. Mike eventually tried doing debt consolidation as well and the atmosphere was becoming boiler room and a mill of churned employees.

Had I been able to transition to a new career sooner, I would have left but regrettably I compromised my conscience and stayed longer than I should have. I did finally leave and just after I found out Mike let everyone go and did not pay them their unpaid wages.....incidentally he never paid me for my final week either- I didn't care.

I just wanted out. I also found out that he exploited his younger brother who was transitioning careers and when he decided to leave he stopped speaking with him and personally disowned him.

Mike is white trash - he has some money - but that was earned unethically and its no excuse for treating people the way he did.

The owner of Averek is not Maryam Parman its Mike Smith, Sheister over all.. If the State Bar of Ca new how many loan modifications that Mike and Maryam and the band of characters really did, it would blow their minds.

Parman Law Group made 2 million a month just in the Loan Modification scams. To this date the poor latin and white clients they took each for thousands of dollars probably never new where to properly file a complaint. Whats sad about the whole ordeal is that if Maryam was not so vain, and greedy, she would make a decent attorney. Now, her 60 year old lover Mike is a different story, this guy would *** his daughter not to go broke.

The ex wife's life style in the Villa Park mini mansion must cost Mike a bundle. Then you have the Corona Del Mar lifestyle that Mike and Maryam play so well,,, they have to cheat and still for every dime to keep the game going.

Look only a hand full of people really know about Mike and Maryam's bogus companies and "so called" law firms, its ludicrous how much money they have made illegally under the radar. One day they will possibly screw the wrong client or clients, and the house of cards just very well may come crashing down.

We hired her firm. Maryam Parman Cheats the System....starting with how They sent people to My house to sign me on to the Firm and I have no idea how they got my number.

towards the end of our case...They couldn't give an explanation on how they came up with the cost..they're just made-up numbers. I wouldn't trust that company.

If u ever hire a PI firm like this one make sure they give u a breakdown of the cost...they charged me an outrageous amount of $400 and something for such a small case. I regret going with this firm, but I'm glad my case was just done with them,

They own Averk law in Irvine Ca. They are cheats and are under investigation.

Please file all compaliants with the Ca State Bar association, Irvine Police Dept and the District Attorney of Orange County.
