Cracked Cigars Review
Bought a pack of captain black cigars and 3 of them wher crack ripped and not smokable..pay lots of money to smoke these and was not very happy finding damaged cigars...3 in one pack not good at all...

New in area , my wife n myself called once each to save us walking in cold to see if store on Richmond street in thorold was open!!!!!!
Hello,, As myself n husband r new to Richmond street in thorold have called the Avondale store on Richmond to find out details on hours..... To find the manager at a local bar basically trashing us becuz we were up at 7:00 wondering the time the store opens!!!!! I didn't realize it was against the law to find out store hours!!!!! Not only this but the women has NO customer service skills ...... !! What so ever !!! She is as cold as my dead grandmother !! Rip grandma :! God bless!!! And will be saying the exact same thing to the Avondale store on Richmond In thorold if u do not take this kind but honest advice!!!! A customer should n always be treated with kindness and I understand that we all have bad days ....... But not be ignorant to customers that go there everyday!!!! I will no longer step foot in this location ,,,, the nearest store is ten blocks 30 min walk n it would be worth it unless something is done!!!! Signed :: pissed off couple

Avondale Stores
While you are busy criticizing the store manager, check your spelling and capitalization. There aren't any words that are spelled "n" or "r" or "becuz" or "u." Some of your capitalization skills aren't real good either.
IF the manager was in a bar allegedly trashing you, did she mention you by name.
If not, you weren't being trashed, she could have been talking about anybody or people in general.
