I ordered this product directly from the company. The first thing that you should know is that you are automatically signed up for a subscription.
When I contacted customer support I was told that the product is only sold in a subscription format. The product came from China. When I contacted the company, they stated that they would only provide a full refund if I sent it back to China and that is why most of their customers choose to keep the product. I went back and forth via email with JD in support for over three months.
He shared that the product was not from China, just kept in a warehouse there. He shared that they were a small company and could not process a full refund unless I returned the product to China. He did not respond to the pictures that I sent to him with their advertising that stated a full- refund within 60 days if not satisfied. Even when I expanded the return policy, there is no mention of needing to send the products back to an international address.
JD would not provide a return label for the shipping and stated that he could only offer a 50% refund and that I could dispose of the product. BE AWARE before purchasing any items from this company since, in my experience, they do not appear to stand behind their advertising and provided a product that was from China without ever noting it.
