Not honoring ESP Ford warranty

Never, ever bring your vehicle here for repair. Even with the best ESP warranty purchased they will deny your claims at any cost. They do not care about the customer, they do not want to repair your vehicle even when it's a factory issue that has been well documented all over the internet. Horrible, terrible, unbelievable service.

Ford does not care about the customer, do not go here for anything, not even a cup of coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't even bother with the service manager, he doesn't care either and the people that take in your vehicle are incompetent. They talk around the issue instead of telling you what the real issue is!!!!!

Thanks for nothing, you gave us back a broken down vehicle, at least it was running when we dropped it off. Now, after you put your hands on it, it stopped running after one day and we have to deal with this issue again. You're blaming Ford, who's blaming ESP, who's blaming the customer for again, an issue that is well documented all over the internet. Just google it Ford F150 Eco-Boost engine, Time Chain rattle upon cold start. You'll see hundreds of problems from other customers!!!!! But at AVIS FORD the customer is to blame.

Preferred solution: I want my truck repaired under the warranty we purchased because the vehicle has a known issue common to many trucks of this model, 2011-2014

Obviously Ford has no clue what "quick" means. They should have named their oil change service Dead Lane.
