Over paid on my Vehicle
- - On December 25, 2024 I bought a vehicle in Morrow, GA and overpaid $50; office manager Calvin Barnes has given different stories.
On December 25, 2024, I purchased a vehicle from your Morrow, GA location and overpaid it by $50. Since then, I have been trying to get my money back, and when I call and speak to the office manager, Calvin Barnes, I get different stories. Could somebody look into the matter?

- - Aug 2020: purchased a 2019 Rav-4; check planned; Colton Avis GM yelled, hung up; member forced into financing until refinance statement.
Our member went to this location the end of August of 2020 and purchased a 2019 Toyota Rav-4. They sent me the purchase order the very next day telling me they communicated to their sales & finance persons that we will be sending them a check.
Upon receipt of this purchase order I called Avis Car sales in Colton CA to conform. I received the General Manager that got on the phone and immediately started yelling at me telling me their deal was not a 'no option' contract. He did not give me the chance to explain as he hung up on me. After speaking to my member again we attempted to call the dealer back together.
We tried at least 7-times a day for a solid week only to leave messages. This member was forced in to their financing until they receive their statement for us to process their refinance.
