I have been chasing missing Avios points with numerous retailers since March 2024, and Avios have not responded or awarded the points owed. There are over 60 transactions still in the pending section since March 2024.
I have provided details of all transactions to Avios (dates, purchase stores, etc.) for every transaction, and they have ignored each request. This is a time-consuming task, so I do not expect to have to do this again for every transaction!

The representative of Avios was actually taking calls for Aer Lingus, but helped solve my query through BA Avios about a British Gas Avios promotion.
The operative, Gareth, who answered my call was extremely helpful and helped sort out this complicated inquiry.

I am booking a package holiday, economy seats, with Tui that uses BA and Qatar flights (indirect flights, 1 stop). My question is, will it be possible to upgrade on these flights using my Avios?
And how would I go about doing this please? Many thanks if you have any information for me!
Avios points
I have flown with BA many times. My Avios customer #1917**** and I (wrongly it appears) assumed that my points for BA travel are automatically added to my account.
I was wrong, I have had absolutely nothing from BA in terms of Avios despite getting communications from you on a regular basis. Very strange.
Today I decided to chase the missing points. I went online. Absolutely useless contact form, so I tried phoning the Avios number.
I am fairly deaf and wear bilateral hearing aids.
The phone as a means of contacting a service can be difficult. Thats no ones fault, its the way it is. Your representative, a male, had a very strong accent so that made life especially tricky for me. At various stages of a very long conversation he apparently was unable to hear me.
He advised me he could not give me points for our May 2024 holiday because it was too long ago
He advised me he could only credit me after we have taken our May 2025 holiday, 72 hours after return??? He said it would automatically credit me?? I said that was highly unlikely as Avios points had never been automatically credited to me - thats why I was calling Avios today. I wished the issue to be resolved.
He then advised me he was making a special exception and crediting me with the May 2024 holiday points.
By this time he kept not being able to hear me plus apparently his computer system was upgrading during our call - I was beginning to lose the will to live.

I would like Avios credited to my account, please.
The Avios credited to my account automatically after I have fully paid for my 2025 trip, please. Any future expenditures with BA that get Avios points to be automatically credited to my account, please.

They are worse than a scam. Their website is terrible, you can't use or spend the Avios points properly without errors coming up.
You cannot get in touch with them. They will expire your Avios points and there's no actual way to transfer to Nectar or elsewhere without errors or website issues.

I have made numerous phone calls and written numerous emails requesting help for a mis-sold hotel offer I purchased after reading an advertisement on, and through, your website. I was offered an inclusive breakfast, and bought this offer for my disabled father and myself, while also requesting an accessible room.
It would have been appropriate to decline the booking as there is no possibility of an inclusive breakfast, given the hotel does not actually have a restaurant. I was directed to walk almost half a kilometer round trip to a partner hotel to have breakfast. Had this been correctly advertised or accurately represented, I would not have booked accommodation at this hotel, which cannot offer an inclusive breakfast, even though I paid more through your website, which did not accurately represent the offer. My extra payment was accepted without mention, until the non-refundable booking, for an offer I agreed to and paid for but cannot be fulfilled, was confirmed.
I did not agree to nor do I accept a breakfast for which I need to vacate the premises to get. I request that, as the agent who sold me this deal, you honor the agreement and accommodate us in a hotel, potentially the partner hotel, where breakfast will be served inclusively on the premises of the accommodating hotel. I informed you within 12 hours of making the booking and the reservation begins on Friday, November 1st.
This is urgent. Please respond immediately.

Can't change Avios to Nectar
Totally fed up with this lot, have tried changing Avios to Nectar so many times and getting absolutely nowhere.
Will get back to you, don't hold your breath.
Absolutely useless.

I've noticed that I've been missing out on a lot of points when making purchases through Avios. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
I've attempted to use the "missing Avios" link, but it doesn't display the stores I bought, and the page also shows an error.
Since the website was updated, it has been quite challenging to claim for missing points. Could you please provide assistance?

No communicate has been received from this Company.
ie Not being notified of removal of my Avios point which I have been saving up collecting for 15 years-/+ . No notification by email or by letter post.
I have with great difficulty managed to find someone at Avios who advised I use the BA Website to lodge my complaint. The website s immensely difficult to use and in my opinion and that of others deliberate in order to deter complainents from contacting Avios BA. The website disables copy and pasting text into and out of the there website preventing copy of written text taken as proof of complaint etc.
After submitting written complaint no copy is provided or sent to the sender backing up written text.
I have been unable to use my Avios due to contracting Covid in 2022 and 2023 to 2024 I have been waiting for a NHS operation and have been advised by them not to book an advance holiday until dates for an operation have been given. The NHS have cancelled on 2023 one of my operations and I have been advised to wait for an op date for 2024 which has still not been forthcoming.
Thus disabling me from booking using my Avios point accrued over the past 15 years.
Since contacting Avios BA via there website on the 25th May 2024 I have received no communication or confirmation from this Company?
I shall be contacting the Financial Ombudsman and writing to the BBC
Consumer programme asking them to investigate the mishandling theft of my Savings & those of many others.
