Student eligibility licence renewal was set to automatically renew

I have received an email stating my student eligibility status has been approved, protools won’t launch, I can’t find a valid email address to forward this to, this is becoming extremely frustrating as I have sessions to complete

The lack of communication is ridiculous

I renewed my subscription but wouldnt let me access my pro tools but you charged me!!! The steps I have to take to talk to someone is ridiculous not happy at all need a way better system!!!

Avid master account issues

I'm requesting a refund for both pro tools and avid services costumer care purchase.. Neither one I was able to use at anytime.

I purchased a c600 and this is my third time sending it to repair in a year. The costumer service is *** I have to wait atleast an hour to speak to a representative and when I do they can't give me an answer. I shipped since 5/31/17 and they close my case and re-open it a few times now and just now I called and it's closed again. I provided an credit card for payment the same one I always used. But ever time I called they say they close the case because they can't get to me but everytime I missed a call I returned it. I have lost a lot of money because my system is down and everytime I call I hear a different story which makes no sense. I will promise that this will be the last time I do business with avid or recommend an avid product. My c600 stopped working in the middle of my sessions 3 times in one one year now now it's almost 3months and still I can't work....oh did I mentioned when I sent it in max received it and no one could find? (Yep they lost it for awhile). I am switching to universal audio I heard they are more reliable. Ruel bagalihog is the one assigned to my case

Avid lets customers down

Avid released Fast Track Ultra 8R audio interface on 2008. I bought it on 2011 and used it on my iMac in my music studio with no problems. But since the last OS X update (El Capitan) it stopped working. A big thread started at their site about this problem, with many angry customers asking for a driver update, but Avid was absent. I sent them a mail, and they replied assuring me that they would pass the word to the technical team. Note that contacting them was very hard, since they charge internet support! Four months after the release of El Capitan, they stated that they stop supporting this product, which was last sold on 2013. In their site they distinguish "technical support", which they state that will be available till 2018 for this product, from "driver updates", which they state may be released after the final sale date (2013 for this product). And I ask you: Even if we accept that drivers for a USB audio interface (that is supposed to be used connected to a computer with fresh and not outdated OS X, just because Avid stopped supporting their products) is not "technical support", what about the guy that bought the interface on 2013. Avid abandoned him after two years, his 400€ interface is for decoration only, and he has to spend 400-****€ to buy a new one, because of Avid's plans. Unacceptable, unprofessional attitude. No respect for customers. Shame on Avid!!!
