Avid Is the Problem, Not PissedConsumer.com

PissedConsumer.com is fine -- prompt and responsible. It's Avid that is the problem, with their distinguished history of poor customer support.

I only need CPU info for my particular Pro Tools usage for a new laptop purchase, but apparently they -- via emails & telephone #s -- can only give answers to those who buy costly support plans.

Avid will only respond with a form letter via email with a brand new case #, but never go beyond that. I now have lots of case numbers...

Refund

958**** order number. Hi, what are this and put in a refund before the 30 days was up it was digitally done on the Avid website not on a third-party website and app filled out the refund and I never got anything back.

I still havent used it.

I never downloaded it and I was told that you guys did a transformation and with the company like selling it to somebody else your customer service was down, so I never heard back so I just want my refund I have a new bank card, the bank card that I use the first time is not the same one so however you wanna do it. I just need my money back.

I got no answer and was locked out.alli want to know is what time my money is on my card so I can go pay my bills. With direct express I always knew when my money would be there.

With avid I never know. I hate it.

Wish I hadn't changed to avid. I will go back to direct express if I can.
