Horrible company BUYER BEWARE

Horrible i hate this company. All I want is my money back
I also asked them to cancel my order, which went ignored as well. They shipped the order anyway, and when they finally answered me, they gave me a *** excuse, saying they saw my cancellation after the order was processed and shipped and that they can't refund it because it's in transit and offered a 5 percent refund. Like seriously? Not happening.
I have filed a chargeback and several complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Internet crime, and I even said I'd accept a $25 refund instead of the $40 I paid, but I was again ignored. So it looks like I'm gonna be taking this to small claims.
They have a reputation of being scammers, so they already don't look good as a company as it is. But so be it.

Horrible

Horrible company. I placed an order and got no order confirmation email and no response from the company when I emailed them asking them about my order and the order confirmation email.
I also asked them to cancel my order which went ignored as well. They shipped the order anyways and when they finally answered me they gave me a *** excuse saying they saw my cancelation after the order was processed and shipped and that they cant refund it because its in transit and offered a 5 percent refund. Like seriously? Not happening.
