I am a fan of Aston Villa living in South Korea.
One day, while browsing the internet, I came across a post showing that a Korean clothing company called BAUF was using our teams logo without permission.
As a supporter of Aston Villa, I was upset.
I called BAUFs customer service to inquire about it, but they replied that they had not copied the logo.
Frustrated by their response, I then contacted Musinsa, a large clothing retail platform where BAUFs products are sold.
However, I was not able to receive a clear or satisfactory answer from them either.
That is when I decided to call Aston Villas official call center, and that is why I made the call and sent the email.
