Winter Court on Valentine's Day for this anti-harassment protection order that the property manager got against me claiming I was aggressive when I was begging for a reasonable combination to allow me to move into my apartment now then some inspection is finished I need to get in there I need to get out of this toxic car. And I was appalled at what I read in the petition that she wrote trying to get this petition nonetheless she never showed up so it was dismissed however in her petition she wrote "SHE BELIEVED SHE HAS A RIGHT TO LIVE HERE"....

THAT HIT ME LIKE FREIGHT TRAIN. Is she really saying this about me? Does this woman really believe that she has a right to decide who lives where based on her opinions of them? Apparently so.

Currently my case against Met spiers avenue 5 apartments as well as Pierce county housing authority is under HUD investigation . I'm confident in the end it'll work out in my favor. I asked multiple times for Pierce county housing authority to assist me and advocate for me on this because of my disabilities and my heart conditions I need somebody to help me and they are the fair housing people in my county as far as the housing authority goes and the fair housing compliance specialist told me she doesn't enforce investigate or advocate That's not her job.

However if you look at huds guidelines and provisions and policies They clearly state that that's the housing authority's job that that's one of the things they have to do they are required to do it but Pierce county housing authority refuses. Stay tuned because they're going to get a review against them too.

UPDATE [February 9, 2025]:Since my original post, significant developments have occurred that demonstrate the severity of this situation:Documented Timeline:- January 29: Requested accommodation for medical emergency- January 30: Housing approval suddenly rescinded- January 31: Legal action filed against me without service- February 7: Critical cardiology appointment while still homeless learning of 6th heart condition. - Current: Still living in car in 20°F temperatures with severe toxic moldCurrent Medical Emergency:- 6 documented heart conditions requiring treatment- Unable to access necessary medical procedures- Living conditions causing health deterioration- Service dog's terminal cancer worsening- Toxic mold exposure continuingHousing Status:- Originally approved then denied- All medical documentation provided- Reasonable accommodation requested through legal channels- Multiple federal protections involved- Emergency intervention needed but blocked with their retaliatory tactics Living Conditions:- Temperatures at 20°F- Toxic mold spreading- No heat- No stable shelter- Medical crisis worsening dailyCurrent Action:- Filed official complaints- Seeking emergency intervention- Legal proceedings pending- Documented all interactions- Medical emergency status verifiedThese facts are documented and verifiable.

Proper authorities have been notified. Emergency intervention being sought through appropriate channels.

Doin best I can with severe heath issues growing worse and weaker by the day with Temps dipping down into the teens. ~HOPE IS MY FAITH~

I was set to move into one of their locations after 3 months of admin delays and rent manipulation tactics to steer me into certain units based in my sec 8 status. I recently fled sever abuse so I was in my car which had eventually broke down and started growing mold rapidly.

During this I was diagnosed with 5 severe heart conditions. And I have a brain injury from ex curb stomping my head into concrete nearly killing me. And my service dog for the brain injury has terminal cancer. With Dr notes requesting emergency housing to allow for my medical procedures to save my life they turned on me begging with an attorney letter for a reasonable accomodation to allow me to finally be allowed to move in after 3 months of *** delays and steering me into certain units they instead call police to intimidate me then rescind my app or their offer if whatever claiming I was aggressive.

I'm dying from 5 heart diseases and I'm accused of aggressive behavior as I beg for them to get me out of this car and save me and my dog's life. I also had a lawyers help with submitting a reasonable accommodation for instant urgent access due to situation and medical crisis. Clear case of fair housing laws violations as well as VAWA violations HUD violations Disability rights violations CRIMINAL INTERFERENCE WITH A SERVICE DOG THAT HAS CANCER section 504 of the rehabilitation act of 1973 violations and many more im sure. I need urgent advocacy to help me deal with this as I'm afraid I won't last much longer in this current living in 20 temps in a moldy car with no heat.

Neither will my service dog. I need help urgently.

  • Illegal discriminatory treatment hateful cruel and not considerate of other in medical crisis

Preferred solution: Emergency Injunction relief to allow me to move into my approved unit allowing me to stabilize to prepare for heart surgery. And compensatiin for causing risks to my life and my service dogs as well that is dying from cancer

We owe an old bill from deer Creek apartments here in Boise idaho and they said we owe the bill to you guys but we need an actual statement so we know what it's for we can not move until we get this paid all we need is a statement emailed to us so we can resolve this matter as soon as possible the bill is under Connie Staggie
