Also the General Sales Manager told me the day I was purchasing the vehicle the fade molding in my vehicle was going to be covered under warranty, but I ended up paying $426.00 for the molding replacements in a brand new Truck with 93 miles

Got Ripped Off by this Car Dealer. Aventura ChryslerJeep Dodge Ram 2198 NE 163rd St North Miami Beach FL 33162-**** . If you want to get Ripped Off, this is the right place for you. I purchased a brand-new truck from them, The General Sales Manager, Yosvany made me a lot of promises, not one was delivered. They also installed the wrong mats in my truck. And to top it off, I asked to change the oil with full syntactic oil and I told him personally several times, please make sure you change the oil in my truck. Well guess what, they Ripped me off; they charged me $105.55 for the oil change, and they never touched the oil or the oil filter. When I got home and looked under my truck I found the original oil filter from factory, which means nothing was done. Please look at the pictures above. After I confronted the manager over the phone and sent him pictures, he refunded the money. I can only imagine how many people get Ripped off there every day, not everyone can go under the vehicle after every oil change to verify. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer or take my vehicle for service. They should be ashamed of themselves.
