Unresponsive home health care from local provider
Phys therapy evalualuation for knee was to be scheduled for 2/16. I have received any commmuncation from this office.
I have been trying to get through so an appointment can be scheduled . Never an answer! I got through to a representative VIA my insurance company. The rep informed me that I had received an evaluation on 2/16.
November such thing has happened. FRAUD?
My calls to the local office have been countless and still not one response of any kind. No email , no phone no text
