AVDEALS.COM charges 20% restocking fee for wrong delivery!

Over Christmas I purchased an Aurora 4g plasma TV video card model 500 F from AVDEALS.com My package was sent to me incorrectly because they forgot to include instruction manual, remote control and video cables. Upon receiving the unit I noticed an inherent design flaw associated with the unit. The HDMI inputs were too close together to allow two HDMI cable ends to fit next to each other. The people at AVDEALS.com told me I didn't buy the right cables and that I should have read what the specs were for these cables on their website. They told me that they sold hundreds of these units with no complaints, yet no one there new what was supposed to come with this unit. Their web page had no specs given for the HDMI cables either. In fact the website ad said everything was supposed to be included with this product and that there was nothing more to needed to buy. Also, the Aurora video card website did not indicate any such specs on their website ad either. I went to the local Best Buy, Circuit City and Walmart and could not find any HDMI cables that would would fit this card. After over a month of back and forth haggling in which many times I was completely ignored by their staff they finally found some HDMI cables that would fit the unit. Unfortunately, the cables were not long enough to reach from my computer to my Pioneer monitor to which I wanted to connect to. I offered to buy another product of theirs of greater value in order to avoid the 20% restocking fee which was unjustified to begin with due to my situation but they refused. Maybe the owners realized this inherent design flaw and new that this Aurora video card is obsolete already and didn't want it back so they figured they had to make some money off of me somehow. My experience with AVDEALS.COM was extremely frustrating and their treatment of my issue is reprehensible! I do not recommend anyone who has a Pioneer TV monitor to upgrade their video card to an Aurora 4G plasma TV video card under any circumstances! It has a major design flaw of which no one is willing to take responsibility for. Also, beware of dealing with AVDEALS.COM they are ruthless lying ***-balls who don't deserve the time of day let alone your business!

Summary

AVDEALS was originally founded in 1998 under the name of RapidSolution Software. Since 2003, the business has maintained a 100-owned subsidiary in Temeschburg, Romania that serves as the companys technology development center. In 2004, RapidSolution released Tunebite, a solution offering consumers relief from the frustrations of copy-protection measures used by digital music providers. The first standalone product in the AVDEAL product line, Tunebite has received numerous international awards and is now considered to be an Internet classic. It is one of the worlds most heavily demanded copy-protection solutions. At the beginning of 2005, Radiotracker became the next bestselling member of AVDEAL suite. Since then, a focused expansion of RapidSolution's development activities has produced a complete series of software solutions that have been available individually and as part of AVDEAL since 2006. Developing the entire AVDEAL product line for various system platforms has since become the main company focus. To underscore this development, RapidSolution Software was renamed to AVDEAL in June 2012.
