3rd broken head strap
The head strap broke off from the earphone. This is the third pair to be replaced. Customer service is laborious and takes weeks to resolve.

Resolution in process.
One of the headset swivels broke. We were unable to use it after the breakage. We were impressed enough with your product to order a HT41899.

I have an LG TV AND LG SOUNDBAR HOW DO I HOOKUP MY AVANTREE DUAL HEADPHONES THRU THE SOUNDBAR
How do I hook up my Avanti duel, headphones through my LG sound bar
Just spent $220 on your system and I cant get it to work. I explain to you what Im trying to hook it up to and I followed your instructions on your instruction booklet and I cant get any reaction from the headphones. Please tell me if Im doing something wrong and how to hook it up properly or send me a diagram that shows how to hook it up, thank you have a nice day

Unable to register new product
Was given the ru n around when trying to register my purchase for the warranty by phone and online so NOT HAPPY
Spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME trying to register my purchase via online registration and worthless service by phone, really? Lots of imitation ring tones and sorry all operators are busy try our email, tried that to no avail, why ?? Customers deserve better treatment
