The plastic bowl or reservoir cracks always! :(
The reservoir for the drink on a Avantco Coldream beverage dispenser, cracks in various places, every time after 2 or 3 washes.
These bowls are supposed to last a long time from cracks or shattering.
I bought 2 or 3 sets for a double top machine and asked how many times this machine needs to be cleaned and was told its supposed to be shut down every day.
The bowls or reservoirs only last about 3 washes and then they ddvelop cracks regardless of what temperature of water is used.
Big thumbs down.
Is a waste of money!!

Machines are not any good
I own a Seafood business the 1st avantco machine we got nothing but problems could not keep gas in it bad gas leak. Due to warranty they sent the 2nd ice machine same model, all this machine would do is stay in error mode, still under warranty.
Sent 3rd machine under warranty same problem error mode and now the display board is out. Not under warranty.
Called the company tech to ask what Gould be wrong, and all he could say let me send a tech to you since out of warranty. The closest tech is 2 hours away and charges way to much.

Preferred solution: Just want consumers to know this product is nothing but problems

I've been trying to get a phone line for tech support
I have been in service over 30. A service company for commercial Refgeration and Ice machine.
I came across this brand (Avantco) and beside an online service manuel that does not help me in this case.
There's is no tech support for assistance. And for warranty parts
The customer left holding the bag for labor and parts
- No parts information and no tech support
Preferred solution: A tech support team or a phone number
User's recommendation: Avoid this brand until they give better service
