I've been trying to get a phone line for tech support
I have been in service over 30. A service company for commercial Refgeration and Ice machine. I came across this brand (Avantco) and beside an online service manuel that does not help me in this case. There's is no tech support for assistance. And for warranty parts The customer left holding the bag for labor and parts
User's recommendation: Avoid this brand until they give better service.
