I still have not been able to make any real contact with Avalon King either by phone or email. I only get email responses saying they got my response.
I have not had any conversation with Avalon King either by phone or email. There seems to be no way to solve an issue with this company. Poor customer service signals to me that their product must not be so great and that I can get something just as good with another company.

Didnt get what I ordered three times. Avablin King used false advertising on Amazon to get my order what came to me was not what I ordered.

Verified ReviewerFalse advertising on Amazon. I have ordered the ceramic cat polish kit three times and I only get the polish. No gloves, no buffing pad, no wipes and no cloth.
I tried very hard to co Taft the company. No response.
I ordered the Avalon King ceramic car polish KIT from Amazon three (3) times. Each time it came without the gloves, buffing pad, wipes and cloth.
Also there were zero instruction. This is false advertising on Amazon .
There seems to be no way to resolve the problem through Amazon as they say its Avalon Kings fault for. It including all parts to product.

I have left several messages and never received a reply! I'll try one more time or I'll take my business somewhere else.
Do you have your Max Coating in stock? Does it come with an applicator kit?
As far as preparation, do I use a clay bar to wash and dry, then apply it? Or should I wash it, then use a pre-preparation, then apply it?
