I talked to a customer service person yesterday who said my money would be back on my card. I was charged April 10 and April 11 for 55 and 23. I called the bank.

I tried to resrt my password because i forgot it and everytime i hit the link it sends to my email it pulls up a page for me to enter in my new password , which i do, and then when im.done i click the "gonback to login page " and everytime i retype in my updated passwoed and it still says "invalid username or password".

I have been using Avail for about two years now. There is a free version, but I subscribe to the Unlimited Plus Subscription, in which Fast Pay is included, which means next day payments.
I am not getting paid next day as advertised.
I have tried reaching out to customer service, which is a pointless. It's a bot that tries to help you, but does not help solve your issue. Then I had to leave an email and when someone did get back to me, they basically told me the account did not qualify for fast pay even though it shows approved on the website.
In a follow-up, they say the customer has to select fast pay each time they pay their rent in order for the bank to process it. All the checkboxes are checked green, and yet they can't be bothered with providing the services they supposedly offer.
I also noticed I have been billed for nine units, however I only have a total of 8 units.
