Avadian Credit Union

On June 18 I received a text from y'all asking if I approved 3 suspicious transactions to Klarna on my account. A screenshot of that text is attached to this email. Y'all declined two of them but approved one of them. I did not authorize any of them. My card was then cancelled while I was on vacation like I really wanted to be without my debit card while out of town. I contacted Klarna because I did have an account with them and have made purchases in the past. They informed me that there was nothing they could do because they did not see a transaction on my account on that date or in that amount. I also provided a screenshot of my account purchases with Klarna . As you can see nothing on the 18th. That next Tuesday I go to a branch in Dothan to get a new card and the teller tells me that Klarna had reached out checking to see if my cancelled card was still valid. Meaning someone was trying to use it once again. I got a letter from y'all stating that no error was made and that y'all were going to take the provisional credit back. It also said that I could contact y'all and you would provide the evidence used to make this decision. So I reached out and was told that because I had an account with Klarna and made purchases before that meant that had to of made this transaction as well. That is a assumption and a lazy way out of doing your job of actually investigating the transaction. I would appreciate if y'all would take another look into this as I have provided some evidence attached to this email. I do not like being called a thief and a liar. I'm only one person but I will do everything possible to make this as negative as I can for Avadian on every platform I have available. If someone actually did their job and made a phone call to Klarna themself they would easily see I did not authorize this transaction. And if this is not possible for y'all to do this go ahead and take your $108.99 out of my account so I can close it and change to All In Credit Union.
